RT 2010-2017 - Trailer Hitch Harness

Spoke with Pierre about a harness for my 2017 RT Ltd. He assured me the install would be a snap. It certainly was ! Thanks to his excellent customer service, the install video, and the great part, I got my spyder trailer ready. I received the wiring harness with the hitch and installed both, but was careless about routing the wiring harness near the swingarm. I left too much slack and the wires got caught in the sprocket tearing them all up. Initially I didn't notice this because the break was hidden under the saddlebag. I though there was a fault with the control module so I called Pierre and he offered to send me a replacement. I later discovered the problem was due to my own negligence so I e-mailed Pierre and told him. I then ordered a new harness and Pierre gave me a good discount on it and shipped it immediately. Always nice to do business with someone who goes the extra mile. The new harness is now installed properly and everything is working.
